I'd like to show off my awesome salad bar which was all pre prepped, I even thought of chopped hard boiled egg!

We have a sorority sister who graduated a year early so we skyped her in!! 12 screaming girls vs 1 Janelle, it worked out beautifully. If you have someone who can't make a special event I really recommend trying to skype them in =)
